Our facility is equipped with
23 opposed double disc grinders that are positioned in
a way that ensures maximum efficiency and productivity.
Our vibrating feeders along with our feed-thru grinders
help us automate the grinding process and increase our
production capabilities by allowing us to process large
runs. Small or large runs of odd-configured parts that
cannot be automated are processed using our reciprocating
grinders. All of our equipment is maintained, repaired,
and rebuilt in-house, by trained and skilled maintenance
personnel, so that production does not suffer when a machine
happens to be inoperative.

| We maintain our own machine
shop where necessary custom tooling is manufactured and
used in production. Because we have many types of customers
with a diversity of grinding needs, we keep a wide range
of abrasives in our inventory to accommodate them. Our
grinding abrasives range in size from 15 to 42 inches
in diameter. |
